Description

A spokesman from the Telecoms trade union (poss. Norman Howard) comments on the outcome of talks for a 35 hour week, and agrees the union have settled on a figure of 37.5 hours per week. Customers are without telephone access and need upgrades, and with a lift on the overtime ban also, the engineers will be back at worl promptly to solve these problems. Speakers unknown.
