Camilla Affleck reports on a row over charity payments from new children’s books written by Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York. Roy Hughes MP is demanding an explanation from Buckingham Palace about the profits from Budgie the Little Helicopter, which, it is claimed, will go to the Duchess’s charitable trust.
