Nicky Broyd interviews Chief Superintendent David Golding, president of the Superintendents’ Association, following the police response to the Royal Commission on Criminal Justice, which was set up following the quashing of the Birmingham Six convictions. The 250-page document calls for greater fairness, openness and balance but Golding says it’s also a miscarriage of justice for guilty people to walk free.
