James Matthews interviews solicitor Martyn Day about a legal case in Cumbria, where families have won financial backing to try and prove the Sellafield nuclear plant is killing local children. Four families living near the plant whose children have contracted leukaemia are being given legal aid to take on its owners, British Nuclear Fuels. Martyn Day says there’s clear evidence radiation from Sellafield is to blame.
