Excerpt from an edited recording of a hoax phone conversation between Queen Elizabeth II and a Canadian broadcaster (for Radio CKOI) and comedian called Pierre Brassard, posing as Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien. During the conversation Brassard asks the Queen to make a broadcast on Canadian television in a bid to woo voters in the referendum on Quebec’s independence.
