Description

Fireman Paul Dempsey gives an interview after attending a chemical leak in Berkeley Square in central London. As yet the Fire service are still speculating over the cause and the origin of the chemical. 21 people were taken to hospital after breathing in the poisonous fumes. Interviewer not identified.
