Charlie Stayt reports on the sale price of Margaret Thatcher’s house in Dulwich being dropped by £80,000 to a mere £595,000. Tony Margot, in charge of the sale, on the people who have viewed the property, some of whom simply wanted to nose around, and the selling points of the house. Paul Hurst, author of After Thatcher, claims people would find the property spooky and former enemies may sabo tage it.
