Interview with male speaker (not identified) after the sinking of the Marchioness pleasure boat following a collision with the dredger, Bowbelle, on the River Thames in London (20/08/89). He presumes it was an accident, but says a stupid one. 51 of the 130 passengers died. Broadcast on either 20th or 21st. Interviewer not heard.
