Simon Israel interviews Charlie Faldo, father of Marchioness skipper, Stephen Faldo, after the sinking of the Marchioness pleasure boat following a collision with the dredger, Bowbelle, on the River Thames in London (20/08/89). On his son still being missing and rumours of radio contact between the 2 boats. He thinks there was no lookout on the dredger.
