Description

The so-called Vietnamese boat people who fled the communist regime in Vietnam and made for Hong Kong are now in refugee camps awaiting a decision on their fate. Hong Kong’s Secretary for Security, Alistair Asprey says the operation to return them to Vietnam will start today, and they will be treated with respect. Interviewer not heard.
