Description

The so-called Vietnamese boat people who fled the communist regime in Vietnam and made for Hong Kong are now in refugee camps awaiting a decision on their fate. Save the Children spokesman Philip Barker says that if the Hong Kong authorities start to use force with the refugees, they will lose international support. Interviewer not heard.
