During a news conference in Washington, US President George Bush has made it clear that the United States will not exert pressure on any of the participants in the Middle East peace talks to find a solution to the conflict at next week’s summit in Madrid. He says there are enormous differences to be overcome and it is up to the Arabs and Israelis to find the path to peace, and commends all the heads of state who attended the peace conference.
