Description

John Macdonald, human rights lawyer, on the illegality of Soviet dissident trials. One of the men being tried is seriously ill and would die if sent to a gulag. Previous trials were not run fairly and it seems these are not either and are illegal under Soviet law. Interviewer not heard.
