Description

Peter Allen interviews Conservative MP Kenneth Baker in which he discusses recent trials in Russia of members of the Helsinki Monitoring Groups which breached their human rights. The Russians had previously signed an agreement in Helsinki stating it would observe human rights, but have since shown no sign of keeping that agreement. Baker states that Britain must show the Russians our feelings about the problem, and talk tough.
