Speeches in Parliament on warnings by the British Government to the Soviet Government on the breach of human rights they are committing against the 15 members of the Helsinki Monitoring Groups they have put on trial (including trials of dissidents, Anatoly Shcharansky and Alexander Ginzburg). The consequences could ruin the chances of making progress regarding East / West relations. Possible action against Soviets.
