Europe correspondent John Fraser reports back to the studio on the decision of the Belgium parliament to send NATO Secretary General Willy Claes to the country’s highest court to answer allegations of corruption, fraud and forgery whilst he was economics minister in the 1980s. It voted 97 to 52 raising the prospect that Claes will be forced to stand down from his NATO post. Includes the background to the case. Female interviewer not identified.
