Interview with Health Secretary, Kenneth Clarke, on a court case involving more than nine hundred haemophiliacs who contracted the HIV virus from infected blood products. Three Appeal Court judges have ruled that official papers must be handed to Mr Justice Ognall, the High Court judge overseeing the haemophiliacs’ compensation claim against the Government, but Kenneth Clarke says the Government has nothing to hide.
