- Tim Crook interviews environment minister, David Trippier, about claims a huge consignment of toxic chemicals branded by some countries as too deadly to handle is on its way for processing in South Wales. The liquid called PCB is on its way for burning at the Rechem plant in the village of New Inn near Pontypool, Gwent. Trippier says if the reports are true he has the power to stop it.
