The General Secretary of a banking and insurance workers’ union (poss. the Banking, Insurance and Finance Union) says the pay offer is not enough. He talks about how much profit the banks made, how the offer does not match the effort made by the workers, how new technology is taking over, and how customers’ anger should be directed at the bank owners.
