Jeff Collins reports on plans to tighten up safety rules for outdoor activity centres following a tragic canoeing accident involving an adventure centre off the Dorset coast on 22/03/93. The Health and Safety Executive has published a draft set of rules which is meant to prevent a repeat of the disaster where four children died.
