- Description
- Paul Horsman of Greenpeace claims the people of Kuwait are not being told about the toxic gases given off by the oil wells set alight by Iraqi troops during the Gulf War and still burning. From the ship, MV Greenpeace, off the Kuwaiti coast, he describes the testing of air carried out by Greenpeace. He recommends that the authorities make available breathing apparatus for the people most likely to suffer from the gases. Interviewer is Tim Locke.
