Description

Two frigates, HMS Brazen and HMS London, completed three days of intensive battle training off Portland in Dorset today, in readiness for their deployment to the Gulf. Defence Correspondent Paul Maurice was on board HMS London to witness the final hours of combat training. Lieutenant Commander (Brian?) Boxall-Hunt talks us through an exercise; Lieutenant Commander Simon Airey(?) talks about provisions on board; Falklands veteran Captain Ian Henderson says he is happy with his crew.
