- Home Secretary, Kenneth Baker has referred the case of a convicted IRA killer to the Court of Appeal. Judith Ward was imprisoned in 1974 for killing 12 soldiers in the M62 coach bombing, but forensic evidence used to convict her has been called into question. Kenneth Baker explains his decision. Journalist Pat Hills, who visited Ward in prison in Durham, says Ward believes she was framed. Sarah Lockett reports.
