- Description
- Richard Dallyn interviews Unionist MP, Ken Maginnis, about an IRA bomb attack which killed eight soldiers at Curr, near Ballygawley. The landmine exploded under an army bus taking them back to barracks after leave. The dead were later named as Jayson Burfitt (19), Richard Greener (21), Mark Norsworthy (18), Stephen Wilkinson (18), Jason Winter (19), Blair Bishop (19), Alexander Lewis (18) and Peter Bullock. Ken Maginnis suggests the reintroduction of internment as a deterrent to terrorism.
