Caroline Beck interviews Sheffield MP, David Blunkett at a dog training centre where he is training his new guide dog, Offa, following the death of his former dog, Ted, after ten years’ faithful service. He says that the House of Commons had misgivings about allowing a dog in but that Offa is better behaved than some members of the Cabinet.
