Entrepreneur Sir John Hall on his appointment of England rugby player Rob Andrew as Rugby Development Director of Newcastle Sporting Club in the first official transfer since rugby union went professional last month. Hall also appointed Kevin Keegan as manager of Newcastle United Football Club.
