- The Iraqi Minister of Culture and Information, Latif Jassim makes a statement through an interpreter in which he attacks Western leaders, claiming that UK Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher is senile and stating that President George Bush is sending troops to the Gulf because he wants to protect personal investments in oil. Iraqi civilians are reportedly voluntarily joining the army. Clip includes vox pop with Iraqi soldiers chanting and issuing a warning to President Bush that they will be victorious.
