Description

Report on the annual Football League meeting, following the banning of English teams from European competitions because of continuing hooliganism and in particular because of the Heysel Stadium tragedy (29/05/85). Oxford United Chairman Robert Maxwell walked out of the meeting in protest. Includes interviews with Maxwell and the Football League General Secretary Graham Kelly. Male reporter not identified.
