Description

Tommy Trinder, British comedian, has died at the age of 80. A veteran of the music hall, he also made it on TV becoming first compere of the Sunday Night at the London Palladium programme, and later hosting the game show, Beat the Clock. One of his contemporaries, Max Wall, pays tribute to Tommy and looks back at both their careers, speaking to Simon Bowden.
