Catherine Field interviews Marty Wagner, World Health Organisation (WHO) about the increasing problems in Albania as thousands of citizens continue to try and flee the country while the new elected government is facing severe poverty and growing social unrest. The WHO is predicting widespread famine and disease particularly among children and babies. Medical supplies and food aid is hoped to be supplied by UNICEF within the week but must avoid being appropriated by the Mafia there.
