Description

Interview with Tom King, former Cabinet minister and chairman of London International Exhibition Centre Ltd which has been selected to design, build and operate a major exhibition centre in the Docklands development in east London. It is hoped the project at the Royal Victoria Dock will get underway by early 1996 with the first hundred million-pound phase opening two years later. Interviewer not heard.
