Chris Chambers reports on the unveiling of plans for a fifth terminal at Heathrow Airport. The British Airports Authority (BAA) has published a three hundred-page report outlining why it believes another building is necessary, with a public inquiry due to begin in 05/95. It has also published the results of a poll of a thousand people which suggest that the majority would be in favour of the terminal once all the facts are known.
