- Legal affairs correspondent Tim Crook reports on the Old Bailey trial of Barry Hannon (with 2 other youths), accused of the murder of Afghan refugee Ruhullah Aramesh in Thornton Heath, and sentencing to life. During the trial Hannon jumped out of the dock and assaulted police officer Mark Veljuvic(?), who explains the attack, Hannon and his activities, and claims he is evil. The cousin of the Afghan who was murdered, Parisah Shah, on the family’s response to the killings. Anne Caine, Assistant Secretary of the Anti Racist Alliance condemns the attack. For Drivetime show.
