Olivia MacLeod reports on the decision of two Sunday newspapers to name the man who won nearly eighteen million pounds in last week’s National Lottery. The News of the World and Yorkshire on Sunday are not breaking the law in identifying the 42-year-old man even though he wishes to remain anonymous. The High Court lifted an injunction banning newspapers from naming the winner last week. Includes interviews with Sara Linney, Camelot; Roger Gale MP.
