Olivia MacLeod reports on a police investigation into a frenzied knife attack in Birmingham where a 30 year-old local man has been arrested in connection with the incident. About 15 people were slashed around the head and neck when the knifeman rampaged through Rackhams department store in the city centre. Includes vox pop with eyewitnesses; Steve Evans, West Midlands Ambulance service; Detective Superintendent David Baker. (The assailant was later named as David Morgan).
