Tory rebel MP Nicholas Winterton explains why he voted against the Conservative Government’s proposal to increase VAT on domestic fuel to 17.5 percent. The Government lost the vote leaving a large hole in the Budget and Winterton says he would rather see income tax raised to fill the gap. Interviewer not heard.
