Description

Report on a convoy of Travellers (referred to in the clip as hippies) currently stopped at Corfe Castle, Dorset, before being moved on. The movement of the Travellers, whose vehicles are mostly very old, has caused traffic hold-ups and anxiety amongst farmers and landowners. Tensions are running high on the anniversary of last year’s confrontation (cataloguer’s note: presumably the Battle of the Beanfield, 01/06/85). Female reporter not identified.
