Description

Report on the murder of a mother and her daughter in their flat in Plumstead, south-east London. Sheila Broad, a neighbour, describes the horror felt by all the neighbours. Detective Superintendent Mike Banks refuses to reveal any leads, but says the police are questioning a man. Neighbours describe the murdered woman. Male reporter not identified. (The mother and daughter were later named as Samantha and Jazmine Bisset).
