Liberal Democrat leader Paddy Ashdown pays tribute to the late Conservative MP, Ian Gow, who died this morning following an IRA car bomb attack. Ashdown warns other MPs to step up their personal security, and accuses the IRA of murdering Gow with the intention of derailing talks that (Northern Ireland Secretary) Peter Brooke had started between the constitutional parties in Northern Ireland.
