Peter Brooke, Northern Ireland Secretary, and Labour Party leader Neil Kinnock condemn the IRA for the murder of Conservative MP Ian Gow. James Matthews reports from Westminster. Gow died outside his home in East Sussex on 30/07/90 following a car bomb explosion. The attack is thought to have been a desperate bid to halt talks between Ulster Unionists and Republicans.
