Description

Victoria Smith reports on the fire on cruise liner Achille Lauro off East Africa and the rescue operation. The liner has been beset by problems including a Palestinian hijack in 1985. 2 people are reported dead and 8 injured. Nearby ships including tanker Hawaiian King rescued passengers and crew and are proceeding to nearby ports.
