Speaks to chairman of the Water Services Association (responsible for the ten privatised companies) Nicholas Hood on why there are problems in certain areas and he emphasises the achievements of the industry; and Gordon Higgins of the Met Office confirms we are in a drought and there will be no change in the weather in the immediate future.
