Description

The Kegworth air disaster occurred on 8 January 1989, when British Midland Flight 92, a Boeing 737-400, crashed onto the embankment of the M1 motorway near Kegworth, Leicestershire. The official health authority report is published today and local hospital staff are praised. Nigel Clifton, manager of the medical centre, also praises his staff, and director of nursing, Stephen Moss expresses his pride in his team. Gary Moran reports.
