Zulu chief Mangosuthu Buthelezi, the leader of the Inkatha movement, denies that his views have stopped a united front with the ANC and their leader Nelson Mandela against apartheid. The British Government has announced an investment of 10 million pounds for black education and training in South Africa. Foreign Office Minister, William Waldegrave says investment will not be automatic in the future. Havovi Todd reports.
