Paul Woodley reports on the shooting down of an Iraqi plane in the no-fly zone in southern Iraq followed by the US moving the USS Kitty Hawk aircraft carrier from off Somalia (where she was supporting peacekeepers aiding the relief effort) to the Persian Gulf and how this links in to a possible no-fly zone by the UN in Bosnia. And UK and US views over using military action in Bosnia and possible spread of the conflict. Includes comment from US Defence Department spokesperson Joseph Snyder.
