- Paul Woodley reports from the United States where in a joint statement (heard), the US Secretary of State, James Baker and the Dutch Foreign Minister Hans van den Broek call for an immediate ceasefire in Yugoslavia, following fears the fighting may lead to all-our civil war in the country.
