Description
As gangsters Reggie Kray and Ronnie Kray approach their sixtieth birthday friends and colleagues argue for their release from prison, saying others have done worse and been let out earlier. They are to hand in a petition as parole will be considered later this year. Marc de Leuw reports from the Blind Beggar pub in Whitechapel, East London where one of their murders was committed, taking opinions of punters and interviewing James Morton, author of the book Gangland; Frankie Fraser, ex-member of the Richardson gang; Joe Cannon, ex-gunman and now author. Ronnie is in Broadmoor Hospital and needs doctors to certify him sane before he is released.
