Brussels minister responsible for law and order, Louis Tobback speaks to John Fraser on UEFA’s announcement that Aston Villa and Manchester United can play in Europe again after a 5 year ban on English clubs. Belgium may now lift their ban on English clubs. He says hooliganism is now a European-wide problem but they will have extra security during games with English teams.
