Paul Chapman reports on a row involving Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Paul Condon after he suggested that the majority of muggings in London were committed by young black males. The black community are now accusing him of racism. The speakers include: Paul Condon (as he starts a crackdown on street crime, unfortunately on same day as anniversary of death of Joy Gardner (Jamaican killed by police attempting to deport her)); Diane Abbott MP; Myrna Simpson, mother of Joy Gardner who is picketing on 2nd anniversary of her daughter’s death (chanting heard on pickets); Reverend David Haslam.
