Simon Marks reports on a vote in the Senate and criticism by President Bill Clinton after Senators voted overwhelmingly to lift the arms embargo in place against the Bosnian Muslims. White House officials say the President is likely to veto the Senate’s proposal in order to save the United Nations peacekeeping operation in Bosnia.
